This high-end residential property on Muriwai Valley Road, Auckland is set in the rolling rural landscape not far from the Muriwai coast, enjoying spectacular west coast views. Designed by Bull O'Sullivan Architecture and constructed by Murray Long Builders, the home features a dramatically curved roof profile (described by the MPM team as skateboard ramp shaped), presenting one of the more technically demanding TPO roofing installations the team has undertaken.

MPM Waterproofing Group installed Viking Enviroclad TPO across the full 481m² roof area, completed in April 2021. Due to the unique curved aesthetic, the installation required extensive pre-planning and multiple site visits before work began. The TPO was applied in carefully planned sections, with rolls cut precisely according to a detailed project plan and secured with spray glue adhesive to follow the complex roof geometry. The finished result supports the architectural design intent while delivering maximum waterproofing protection suited to this exposed west coast location.
