Our Process

We review drainage design, slab falls, wall junctions, loading requirements, and planned finish types to identify the correct waterproofing system for your podium at your Auckland site.

We work with your architect or project manager to confirm compatible membrane systems and build-up layers. A detailed quote and scope of work will be provided before any work begins.

The substrate is cleaned and primed, with all drainage outlets, upstands, and critical transitions detailed and prepared in accordance with system specifications.

Our certified applicators install torch-on, liquid, or sheet membranes suited to the podium loading, UV exposure, and surface finish requirements, with close attention to all junction details.

A final inspection is completed under MPM's QA framework. We provide site photos, PS3 producer statements, and warranty documentation on completion.
