We inspect the substrate, groundwater conditions, and below-grade structure to determine the most suitable tanking approach and identify any risks before work begins.

We select the most appropriate below-ground tanking system based on site conditions, groundwater risk, substrate type, and structural requirements. A detailed quote and full scope of work will be provided before any work begins.

Surfaces are cleaned, dried, and treated to ensure correct substrate conditions for membrane adhesion, including preparation of all joints, penetrations, and transitions.

Our certified applicators install the tanking system in accordance with manufacturer specifications and best practice, with close attention to all critical details and junctions.

Each stage is checked under MPM's QA framework. We provide supporting documentation including site photos, PS3 producer statements, and warranty forms on completion.
