Durable Membrane Roofing Solutions Built for New Zealand Conditions
Certified installers of long-lasting membrane systems that protect against water ingress, UV exposure, and New Zealand’s harsh climate.
Roofs that last. Protection from the top down.
MPM Waterproofing delivers expertly installed membrane roofing systems for residential and commercial buildings across Auckland and Northland.
Our team specialises in torch-on, liquid-applied, and TPO/PVC sheet membranes, each selected for its ability to handle New Zealand’s temperature shifts, UV exposure, and rainfall. We work closely with architects, builders, and homeowners to ensure every roof performs as intended and meets the NZ Building Code.
Whether it’s a new build, re-roof, or remedial work, our experience ensures a watertight result with full warranties and quality assurance.
Applications
Flat and Low-Slope Roofs
Ideal for buildings where traditional pitched roofing isn’t suitable. Membrane systems provide continuous protection without relying on steep fall for water runoff.
Rooftop Plant Platforms
Ensures critical equipment areas are protected from water ingress while allowing for maintenance access and safe drainage.
Roof Decks and Over-Living Areas
Creates a watertight barrier under rooftop decks, preventing leaks into the spaces below and supporting pedestrian or landscaped finishes.
Residential New Builds
Sleek, modern roofing finish ideal for contemporary home designs. Long-lasting, low-maintenance, and compliant with building code requirements.
Commercial Buildings
Durable membrane systems handle foot traffic, plant loads, and harsh UV exposure common in commercial environments.
School and Public Facility Roofs
Safe, slip-resistant options available for high-use public spaces. Durable performance with low disruption during install or maintenance.
Our Process
-
We inspect the roof structure, fall, drainage, substrate condition, and any existing membrane at your Auckland site to identify the right system and any detailing requirements before work begins.
-
We recommend the most suitable membrane system, whether torch-on, liquid-applied, or single-ply TPO, based on the structure, exposure, and warranty requirements. A detailed quote and scope of work will be provided before any work begins.
-
The surface is cleaned, repaired where needed, and primed to manufacturer specifications to ensure correct adhesion and long-term membrane performance.
-
Our certified applicators install the membrane system using approved methods, with careful attention to all penetrations, outlets, upstands, and termination details.
-
Final checks are completed under MPM's QA framework. We provide site photos, PS3 producer statements, and warranty documentation on completion.
