Waterproofing for Homes, Built to Last

Residential waterproofing demands precision, experience, and an understanding of how homes are lived in and used. A failed membrane does not just cause cosmetic damage. It can compromise structure, internal finishes, insulation, and indoor air quality.

MPM Waterproofing focuses on getting it right the first time. We deliver systems that protect the building envelope, support long-term durability, and give homeowners and builders confidence that critical areas are properly sealed and protected.

We work across new builds, renovations, reclads, and remedial projects, tailoring each solution to the structure, site conditions, and intended use of the space.

Our Residential Waterproofing Process

  • We assess substrates, falls, detailing, and exposure conditions at your Auckland or Northland site to identify the most suitable system.

  • We recommend a membrane solution aligned with the design, consent requirements, and intended use of the space. A clear scope and quote are provided.

  • Substrates are cleaned, repaired, and primed to ensure optimal adhesion and system performance.

  • Our licensed applicators install the system in accordance with manufacturer specifications and best practice.

  • We complete QA documentation, site photos, and provide warranties or PS3s where required before the next trade proceeds.
