Allco Strataseal / Allco Volclay / Waterproof Systems Gripset

Allco Strataseal podium waterproofing, Allco Volclay wall tanking, and Gripset deck waterproofing were installed at Metlifecare Takapuna, providing comprehensive moisture protection across multiple areas of this large residential care facility on the North Shore. The combined systems were applied to protect the structure from water ingress and support long term durability across podium, wall, and deck areas.
