MPM follows specific project requirements and manufacturer installation procedures to ensure workmanship of the highest standard, delivering long term protection across every system installed.

This high-end residential property on Paratai Drive, Auckland was designed by Young + Richards Architects and constructed by Guvnor Group. MPM Waterproofing Group delivered a comprehensive 645m² waterproofing solution across multiple systems, completed in February 2021.

Volclay Swelltite was applied around the full base of the home below ground level, providing reliable protection against water ingress through the structure. Aquaguard 101, a water-based liquid membrane, was applied to the interior floors and walls to prevent moisture from penetrating the internal environment from the outside walls and under-slab areas. Nuraply 3PM warm roof membrane was installed across the roof in two layers, a cap sheet and a base sheet applied with a blow torch, delivering a natural-looking finish that complements the overall aesthetic of this architecturally designed home and ensuring long term weathertight protection.
