Shorebuild / Nuralite 3PM Torch Applied Membrane

MPM Waterproofing Group installed Nuralite 3PM torch applied membrane to the lift shaft roof of this existing apartment block in Herne Bay, Auckland, as part of a wider building renovation carried out by Shorebuild. The project required careful installation in a confined and complex environment, with the torch applied system delivering reliable long term waterproofing protection to this critical building element.
