Volclay membrane tanking, Gripset waterproofing to decks, and Nuraply membrane to podium areas were installed at Selwyn Heights Village to provide reliable waterproofing and long term moisture protection. These systems were applied to protect the structure from water ingress and support long term durability across key areas.
