At MPM Waterproofing, we believe a strong team is built on more than good waterproofing. It's built on the people behind it.

Each month, we bring the team together at our toolbox meetings to celebrate everyone who had a birthday that month, a simple way to recognise the people who show up every day and get the work done.

January and February brought our first two celebrations for the year, with cake, good company, and a few smiles shared at our Auckland head office in Penrose.

We're proud of the crew we have at MPM and look forward to many more celebrations throughout the year.
